Use of membership fees and donations
We use membership fees to promote community welfare activities in Marugame.
For example, they are used for Fureai Ikiiki Salon, Volunteer Center, Fureai Sodan (consultation), visits to the homes of senior citizens, sub-community network activities, lecture meetings about monitoring network, parenting lectures, disaster volunteer courses and preparation of a map of people requiring special assistance in a disaster. They are also saved to be used to support disaster victims and disaster recovery activities for assistance and volunteer activities in a disaster.

How to pay a membership fee/donate
- By cash
- Visit the nearest office (Head Office/Ayauta Office/Hanzan Office).
- By bank transfer
- Make a payment to any of the bank accounts below.

About deductions for donors in a taxation scheme
Individual donors:
A donor can receive a tax deduction on the donation from income tax and resident tax (only if the person lives in Marugame).
To receive a tax deduction on a donation:
Attach the issued certificate of donation to the necessary documents when completing tax return proceedings at the competent tax office in your place of residence (place of tax payment).
If you do not need to do income tax returns but want to receive a tax deduction on a donation, you can complete the simplified proceedings at the tax affair section of Marugame City Office.
Corporate donors:
A donation can be included as a deductible expense within the range of the money calculated as a different category from a general donation under the Corporation Tax Act.
Donating inherited property:
Donated property may be deemed non-taxable properties.
